The creamier soups will have more calories, so if you are watching your waist line, try a vegetable soup or minestrone. Just remember the key to keeping the pounds off is moderation. If you do not splurge all the time, visiting the local buffet can be a welcomed treat. You can take a small portion of everything in order to try it all without over eating.
