Sex abuse is the act and practice of one person forcing sexual advances or demands onto another person. The person who carries out the act is called the abuser and it is one of the biggest problems facing the society. Sex abuse ideally happens to people of all ages and sexes. It covers a wide range of acts and some of them include name calling by a partner, refusal of a partner to use contraceptives, the use of certain undesired painful items or practices during sex, infecting someone with a sexually transmitted disease, using items or toys without the agreement of the other partner thus leading to any kind of discomfort. There are many other forms of sexual abuse but the most common one is child sexual abuse.
