If you live near a medical university or college they sometimes take part in medical health studies and ask for healthy volunteers. You can receive an MRI of your brain from a local MRI center at no cost by participating in their study. They would then compare it to the un-healthy brains in their health study. This benefits both you and the college. Most times they give you a physical exam for no cost as well.
