In medical practice, surgeons are people who offer surgery. Simply put, surgery involves quite a good number of activities ranging from cutting certain parts of the body to be able to do certain things like complete removal of certain infected or damaged parts or to simply put back into good shape parts of the body that have been damaged. Being medical professionals who solely concentrate on surgery, they are well educated and experienced in the field of cutting the skin and they are the people who are allowed to do so.
