What is your motivation? Maybe you recently watched a television show pertaining to weight loss. Perhaps, there was a hardcore action movie on television that pumped you up. Or, maybe a friend or family member made a comment that did not sit well with you. These types of comments can range from: Did you go off your diet? to You are looking really thin. Are you feeling okay? These are the types of comments that stick with you and you often wonder if they were made on purpose. On the other hand, there is something good that comes with these types of comments, which is motivation. You want to prove you could be in better shape than they could ever dream of. You use their comments as fuel to reach your goals. Whenever weakness creeps in, you think about that person and do another set or run another mile. But what if you cannot afford a gym membership? In this case, you might find yourself in a bind. Not to worry. There is another option, which is to build your own gym. Build it in your garage, basement, or spare room. It does not matter how you do it, just build it. Buying exercise supplies might seem overwhelming at first, but as long as you ease your way into it, you will be just fine.
