Our restaurant began in a humble way, with a food truck from which we sold tacos at the football fields of Auburn and Opelika. We had saved enough money to buy a small restaurant and here we are today serving authentic Mexican food on Fitzpatrick Avenue in Opelika. At El Taco Veloz and Mexican Grill, we have managed to replicate the flavor of the kitchen from the other side of the border, with homemade recipes such as guacamole. We also offer taco catering services. We cater weddings, quinceaneras, anniversaries, and other types of events.
