My name is David Soto-Griego I've been a licensed Massage Therapist for 30 years, Certified Personal trainer 8 + years, and practicing Yoga for 26 years recently certified 2021. I am a Certified Life Coach, Reiki Master Teacher, Qi Gong Instructor, Ordained Minister, as well as Certified in Fitness Nutrition. I specialize in personal attention while keeping sympathetic to the times we live in. I offer Workshops and Meditations. We Integrate Internal Focus and Intention to External Expression.
