Virpal Gill, MD, practices family medicine. Dr. Gill earned her medical degree from Oakland University. She completed her internship and residency at UCSF Fresno. Dr. Gill decided to become a doctor when she went on a public health trip to Tanzania. The experience left her with the desire to help others who were suffering from illnesses that could have easily been prevented through education and compassion. Dr. Gill strongly believes in treating every patient like a family member. She prides herself on being present with each patient through active listening and keeping her patients calm in difficult situations. When she's not caring for her patients, Dr. Gill loves to travel, try new foods, and go on walks with her dog. In addition to English, Dr. Gill speaks Hindi and Punjabi.
