Renee Poole, MD, is board certified in family medicine. Dr. Poole earned her medical degree from Saint Louis University in Missouri. She completed her intership and residency at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, Illinois. Dr. Poole pursued a career in medicine because of her desire to care of all age groups, working to improve the health of individuals and the community as a whole. Her interests lie heavily in pedicatric and adolescent care, women's health, minority health and obesity-related conditions. Dr. Poole believes in the empowerment of her patients through collaboration and patient education, aiming to inspire them to improve their health through early prevention and interventions. She enjoys community service, culinary experiences and traveling. In addition to English, Dr. Poole speaks medical Spanish.
