Urgent Care hours: 9 AM to 6 PM every day. Walk-ins are welcome for Urgent Care. Urgent Care phone: 408-871-5260. Primary and Specialty Care hours: 8 AM to 5 PM, M-F. Primary Care phone: 408-871-3400. Our Primary and Specialty Care clinic also offers video visits. Please call 408-871-3400 if you would like to book one. To ensure the safety of our patients & staff, and upon arrival to our clinics for your visit, you and anyone who accompanies you will be asked screening questions and have your temperature checked. Free parking available on site.
