The Original Pancake House was founded in Portland, Oregon by Les Highet and Erma Hueneke. Today, we're bringing their vision of serving authentic pancakes, waffles, eggs and other traditional breakfast recipes to Normal, Illinois. We use only the best ingredients, such as 93 score butter, pure 36% whipping cream, fresh grade AA eggs, hard wheat unbleached flour, and our own sourdough starter. We even have gluten-free and vegetarian breakfast options!
