Known for our craft cocktail menu and the famous Parlour Burger, our lower-level Parlour bar has set a new standard for bartending and cocktail creation in Minneapolis. A cozy and intimate space, Parlour features a large wall of windows, tufted banquettes, small tables and a large bar and offers a small food menu. Parlour's craft cocktail menu has its foundation in the classics; a perfect martini, an old-fashioned or a gimlet.
