Dr Tu Anh Luong grew up in Vietnam, a country of great medical need but of very inadequate and poor quality medical facilities and treatment. Her family brought their aching and caring hearts and minds to America decades ago, with only $40 to their name, where they studied hard to learn a new language and the medical knowledge to become doctors.
