Products and Services offered

I hope to provide my patients with what I expect from my personal Physician which includes: identification of disease and pre-disease processes (the Diagnoses), followed by answering the question: "What would I recommend for those identified problems if I, or my family member, had them?" I conclude the visit with joint decision making with my patient and their family as to which choices make the most sense for them based on their unique personal, social, cultural, and economic situation.
