As a physiatrist, Dr. Creighton's ultimate goal is to optimize his patients' function through injury prevention, active rehabilitation, and guided return to sport and activity. Each patient is given a personalized plan and an exercise prescription. When procedures are indicated, he is skilled in fluoroscopic-guided injections of the spine and peripheral joints, as well as ultrasound-guided injections for joint, tendon and muscle pathology, including platelet-rich plasma and hyaluronic acid.
