Hi, I'm Alvin. I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy, board certified orthopedic clinical specialist and performance coach. With my medical background and athletic experience as a former collegiate basketball player, I seamlessly blend the worlds of clinical movement-based sports medicine with strength and conditioning. Having overcome a knee injury myself, I understand firsthand the importance of returning to sport and competition both mentally and physically stronger than before. I also understand the value and importance of continuing education by seeking out various seminars taught by the best in the industry. Like you, I strive for peak performance.
