This fun and social sport develops physical and mental fitness, providing a challenging workout that can be tailored to any level. SFC is an inclusive space that welcomes people of every age, race, gender, and background to come together and excel in sport, build lasting friendships, and strive for athletic and personal excellence. At SFC we offer several fencing programs that include a combination of private lessons, group classes, strip lessons, camps, open bouting and tournaments for different levels of skills and ages.
