Goose & Elder is a casual American Eatery from James Beard nominated chef Jose Salazar. Goose & Elder is located at 1800 Race Street across from OTR's historic Findlay Market. Goose & Elder serves brunch, lunch, dinner and late-night. The seasonal market-driven menu features many healthy options like the Big Salad with farm greens and seasonal vegetables, grain bowls, and avocado toast with shaved radish, herbs and multigrain. For the more indulgent, Goose & Elder serves up foodie classics like roasted bone marrow, grass-fed burgers, pepper-crusted steak, and duck confit with bacon braised greens. Goose & Elder serves craft beers, fine wine, and hand-made cocktails. Open late nightly and on the weekends.
