Robert E. Foster, M.D. is a member of the vitreoretinal service at Cincinnati Eye Institute (CEI). Dr. Foster joined CEI in January of 1997 and sees patients at the main office in Blue Ash. As an ophthalmologist, he has a strong interest and expertise in all medical and surgical diseases that affect the retina, macula, and vitreous, particularly diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, retinal detachment and vascular diseases of the retina. Dr. Foster has been selected among The Best Doctors in America and recently received the American Academy of Ophthalmology Achievement Award. Dr. Foster serves on the Board of Directors at CEI and is the Chairman of the Board.
