BluePearl Pet Hospital in Mt Pleasant is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year to provide emergency care for pets with urgent medical needs. Our skilled clinicians deliver remarkable care when your pet's primary veterinarian's office may be closed. We also provide veterinary specialty services such as diagnostic imaging including fluoroscopy, MRI, ultrasound, digital radiography, endoscopy, and CT scanning; hyperbaric chamber therapy to improve your pet's healing process; dental and oral surgery; internal medicine including gastroenterology, respiratory medicine, endocrinology, nephrology/urology, hematology, and infectious diseases; veterinary neurology and neurosurgery; and oncology.
