Anaba Japanese is an authentic Japanese restaurant in the downtown Knoxville area with a traditional Izakaya atmosphere. Our chef, Seisuke Fukuoka, is a 3rd generation expert in the art of Japanese cuisine. His mission is to bring real Japanese dishes to East Tennessee. We specialize in all types of Japanese food including sushi, hibachi, and dishes that you won't find anywhere else in Tennessee. Come and join us!
