Lucky Robot is the first sustainable sushi restaurant in Texas. We have been recognized by the James Beard Foundation's Smart Catch Program as leaders in the movement to protect the future of our oceans.We source our poultry, beef and pork from local farms and cooperatives using sustainable and regenerative ranching practices. The farms we work with hold their partners and ranchers to the highest environmental, sustainability and ranching practices.
