The Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Center at HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast believes in its motto: "Back to work, sports and life." Whether you require outpatient rehabilitation following injury or surgery, or if you require return-to-work clearance, we will have you up, active, and better than before. At the Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Center, you can expect one-on-one therapy sessions in one-hour increments, free parking, extended hours, and licensed professionals in all modalities. We are located at 4021 Brookhaven, right near HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast. We provide a wide range of outpatient and sports medicine therapies for adolescents and adults.
