At Mama Bear Massage, we offer specialized massage therapy for moms during the prenatal and postpartum phases, and provide women at all ages and stages with advanced, customized therapeutic care. We also offer private and group workshops; we love teaching and empowering couples, partners, and families with hands-on skills they can use at home!
