People on the receiving end can express their opinions simply by selecting "Nod' or "Nah." The app will then tally the number of Nods and Nahs that you received to help you make a decision.

PodNod definitely simplifies how we gather opinions from friends. Often, we only need a quick nod or shake of the head to know what they're thinking and this app allows us to get that same experience even while we're on the go or even when are friends are not in the same place.

The app also saves people a lot of time. Instead of typing a lengthy text describing the things that you want advice on, PodNod just lets you snap a photo. An image is worth a thousand words, after all. In addition, if you don't have time to actually type up the question, you can simply select from the app's pre-set messages and ask away. PodNod lets you group your friends into "pods" so that you can easily send questions to specific groups of people. For instance, if you need fashion advice, simply create a pod with all your fashionista friends, and select that group when asking questions about what to wear. Always asking for your family's opinion? Put your relatives in one pod and quickly ask them the same question with a single tap.

Additionally, PodNod allows you to send questions via Facebook and Twitter so you can reach more people and gather more opinions.

Another great feature about PodNod is that your friends don't need the PodNod app to express their opinions. You just need to have their email address or mobile number and you'll be able to receive Nods and Nahs from them.
